How to Apply

Six Steps to
Free Money.

The application is straightforward — most people complete it in under 30 minutes. We handle the technical parts for you.

Step 01
Check You're Eligible
You must be a registered business in Ireland with fewer than 250 employees and less than €50m turnover. Guesthouses, B&Bs, and independent hotels almost always qualify. You also need to be trading for at least 6 months.
Tip: If you're VAT-registered in Ireland and have an active CRO number, you're very likely eligible.
Step 02
Contact Your Local LEO Office
Each county has its own LEO. Find yours at localenterprise.ie/find-your-leo. Call or email them to confirm the Grow Digital Voucher is currently open for applications in your area — most LEOs run it year-round.
Tip: Dublin LEO, Cork LEO, and Galway LEO tend to process fastest. Clare and Kerry LEOs are also very active.
Step 03
We Prepare Your Quote & Brief
Once you book a demo with us, we'll prepare a formal quote and project brief specifically formatted for LEO applications. This includes a breakdown of services, costs, and expected digital outcomes — exactly what assessors look for.
We do this for free — no commitment required. Just book a demo and we'll have your documents ready within 48 hours.
Step 04
Submit Your Application
Download and complete the Grow Digital Voucher application form from your Local LEO's website. Attach our quote and your business details. Applications are typically 2–3 pages and take about 20–30 minutes to fill in. Dublin City businesses can go directly to: Dublin City LEO — How to Apply ↗
Common mistakes to avoid: Missing your CRO number, not attaching supplier quotes, or applying before confirming the scheme is currently open.
Step 05
Await Approval (4–6 Weeks)
LEO assessors review your application and check it meets the digital uplift criteria. Approvals typically arrive by email within 4–6 weeks. Some LEOs are faster — Dublin LEO can turn around in 2 weeks during quieter periods.
Note: You generally cannot begin the work until approval is granted. We can begin scoping and planning in the meantime.
Step 06
We Build — You Claim
Once approved, we build your AI front desk. After completion, you pay our invoice and submit to the LEO for reimbursement of the grant portion (50%). Funds are typically returned within 4 weeks of claim submission.
Example: €1,500 setup cost → LEO reimburses €750 → Your net cost is €750 plus monthly retainer.

Common Questions

Grant FAQ

Do I have to be a limited company?
No. Sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies all qualify. You just need to be registered with the CRO or Revenue and trading in Ireland.
Is the monthly retainer grant-eligible?
No — only the one-time setup cost qualifies. The grant is designed for capital digital investments, not ongoing service fees.
Can I apply if I already have a website?
Yes. The grant covers new digital capabilities — adding an AI booking agent counts as a new capability even if you already have a website.
How long does approval take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from submission. Some LEO offices are faster. Dublin LEO has processed applications in as little as 2 weeks during quieter periods.
Can I start the project before approval?
Generally no — the LEO requires that work hasn't commenced before approval. We can do scoping, planning, and preparation work in the meantime.
What if my application is rejected?
You can reapply or appeal. Common rejection reasons are missing documentation or the project not demonstrating sufficient digital uplift — both fixable. We can help you resubmit.
Where do I find the official grant information?
Do you help with the application?
Yes — we prepare your formal quote and project brief in the format LEO assessors expect. This is free for anyone who books a demo with us. Just reach out and we'll handle it.
